It's that time of year when you can get out everything cosy and basically use the excuse that 'it's cold outside' to be the laziest version of yourself that you can possibly be... which for me is extremely lazy. For this week's post I thought I would tell you all about my favourite winter essentials and things that help me to relax and be lazy at home!

I do quite a few book reviews on this blog, but they all include so many different books and they aren't all books that I love. Since we are nearing the end of the year, I thought it would be a great time to do a roundup of 3 of my favourite books that I've read this year that haven't been featured in any of my book review posts. These books are INCREDIBLE, I would happily read them again and I definitely recommend them! A couple of weeks ago, I visited one of my favourite towns, Blackpool, and was lucky enough to be able to see the Illuminasia light show exhibit. The project consisted of beautifully lit statues and encouraged all the guests to take as many pictures as possible so, of course, I wanted to be able to share them with you guys!
