Q&A: Disney, Fears and Future Plans!

We've been nominated for so many blogger award tags recently so thank you so much if that was you! We've already done most of the tags, but I didn't want to ignore all the lovely questions that have been asked so I've picked out some of my favourites to answer in this post. There are still so many unanswered questions so if this goes down well, I might do a part 2!

If you were to collaborate with anyone on your blog, who would it be?

I literally can't choose just one person... I've made so many amazing blogger friends (shout out to everyone from the blogger group chat on twitter) who I would love to collaborate with. Collaborations are so much fun though and I haven't done one in a while so I'll definitely have to do one again soon... when exams and sixth form aren't in the way!

What is your favourite time of year and why?

Winter, definitely winter. There's nothing better than hot chocolate, fluffy blankets and watching a film whilst sitting next to the fire. I love Autumn too, but I'm put off by the fact it's also every spider's favourite season... *shudders*.

Why did you decide to start blogging?

Erm, not a very interesting answer, but simply because Lucy and I were bored. Being the awkward introverts that we are, we wanted a hobby that we could do from home.

What do you hope to achieve in the next 5 years?

To have achieved decent A-level grades, have gotten into a good university, and have a decent career plan in mind. I will be 22 in 5 years so I guess I also hope that I will have a part-time job and that I will have passed my driving test?

What's one thing you love about yourself?

I will put 101% effort into whatever it is I'm doing or I just won't do it all. I guess you could call me a perfectionist.

What is your favourite movie and why?

I really, REALLY can't choose between Tangled and Nanny McPhee. I absolutely love Tangled, definitely my favourite Disney film, but Nanny McPhee is a childhood favourite...

What makes you think "what was I thinking" when you look back on your life?

What was I thinking when I thought it was a good idea to read books in the dark at night instead of going to bed? I now have terrible eyesight and I fully blame those late night reading sessions.

If you could live somewhere else for a year, where in the world would you go and why?

Either Canada or Pakistan as I have family there who I would love to spend time with. Not sure if a year would be a good idea though... it's incredibly hot in both countries during summer and I literally wouldn't be able to stand the heat.

Name your favourite Disney princess.

RAPUNZEL (however 7-year-old me is currently screaming 'Cinderella').

If you only had one piece of advice to give to someone who wishes to start blogging, what would you tell them?

Post whatever the hell you want. Don't compare your content to others. That content is already out there, people want to read new stuff.

What silly or funny thing makes you afraid or creeps you out?

Plastic/toy flys, bugs, insects... the whole lot. I hate them.

How quickly do you jump to conclusions about others?

To be honest, I probably jump to conclusions far too quickly, but I'm an over-thinker so they are conclusions that are constantly changing. I turn tiny little things into something completely different because I start imagining the worst possible scenarios.

Do you have any regrets?

Nope, everything happens for a reason. If everything in my life didn't happen the way it did, I wouldn't be me.

What's your favourite social media site?

It used to be Instagram because I love photography, but recently I've preferred Twitter so much more. I love the blogging community on twitter and I've made so many incredible friends on there. Also, people from school follow me on Instagram so I feel a little restricted in terms of how much I can/want to be a 'blogger' on there.
